Responsibilities
As a Tier 1 Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to arenaflex's end-users, including physicians, nurses, and system administrators. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fielding incoming reputed company communications reputed company phone, chat, and our online customer portal
- Helping end-users administer their arenaflex applications
- Training end-users on how to use our phone, mobile, and web applications
- Troubleshooting basic-to-advanced issues reputed company to message delivery and/or message content
- Collaborating with other arenaflex teams, including reputed company, integration, and technical teams, on escalated technical issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills
