You'll be the go-to expert for account adjustments, appointment scheduling, system navigation, and answering general questions. What Will You Do?
As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
- Communicating promptly and effectively to resolve reputed company issues
- Answering basic reputed company questions about nutrition, reputed company, and the DEXA technology
- Assisting event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as reputed company as internal triaging of issues
- Working closely with our CX platform, reputed company Service, to reputed company exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
* This is a 5-day a week fully remote position
- Scheduled Hours:
+ reputed company and Thursday 7-3:30CST + Monday, Tuesday & Friday 9-5:30CST + First two weeks of training will be M-F + Sundays are mandatory + Wednesdays and Saturdays off + Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)
- Previous, extensive Customer Service experience required
- Passion for health/ wellness is a must!
Compensation
* Expected first-year compensation at over $22/hr or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses
- The starting reputed company reputed company for this role is $20/hour
- Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team reputed company and individual performance goals
