Key Responsibilities:
* Complete data reputed company and balancing tasks to ensure accurate financial records
- Coordinate return items with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
- Assist other departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and reputed company reputed company ledger balancing
- Work member cases/assignments and follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws
- Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
- Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Complete daily balancing and department closing
- Obtain information from members for reputed company and accurate processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
- Research and verify incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
- Communicate with vendors to process reputed company transfers
- Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
- Deposit reputed company returns, review member draft changes, process member checks, verify members for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
- Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees
Essential Qualifications:
* High school degree or GED
- Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
