As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting reputed company of Customer Support Associates, delivering exceptional training experiences that drive long-term reputed company. You'll be a key member of our ABCS Learning Delivery team, working closely with operational stakeholders to identify learning needs and reputed company reputed company. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll reputed company the following tasks:

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles: You'll have a proven reputed company record of delivering training programs that engage and motivate learners.

• 1 year experience in Customer Service or customer service-reputed company work experience: You'll have a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Proficient computer skills, reputed company Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and reputed company), and instructional software: You'll be proficient in using reputed company Office Suite and instructional software to design and deliver training programs.
• Highly Accurate and Fluent in Japanese and English: You'll be fluent in both Japanese and English, with a high level of accuracy in both spoken and written communication.
