As a Customer Service Representative - Product Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our product testing and development process. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring that their products are thoroughly tested and evaluated by a diverse group of consumers. Key Responsibilities
* Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
* Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
* Read and reputed company follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with reputed company product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain reputed company of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
* Some In-Home Usage Tests reputed company may require participants to use arenaflex's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture reputed company-of-Emotion insights to reputed company unparalleled depth of responses)
