Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and reputed company expert solutions
- Providing expert knowledge in print, signs & graphics, and shipping product lines, including recommending appropriate arenaflex services and products
- Taking reputed company customer orders using order systems and providing accurate pricing information
- Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
- Setting up and operating printing, binding, and other reputed company equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents
- Maintaining a reputed company, clean, and reputed company retail store environment
- Ensuring confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages
- Processing financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent education

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to reputed company and lift 55 pounds
- Ability, on a consistent reputed company, to bend/twist at the waist and knees
