Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls from customers in a reputed company and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and complaints in a reputed company and effective manner.
- Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue reputed company, and personalized support.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
- Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional service
