What You'll Be Doing
As a reputed company Consultant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving customer inquiries reputed company to service/non-selling issues to ensure successful reputed company and good customer experience, enabling Account Managers (AM) and Account Executives (AE) to reputed company on selling.
- On-boarding customers in partnership with AM to ensure a smooth reputed company process for our reputed company contract accounts and new program implementations.
- Determining the reputed company cause of issues, including delivery, website updates, credit/billing, order quotes, product/stock, returns, and vendor inquiries.
- Assisting in facilitating installations, relevant communications with updates to customers and account managers/executives.
- Recording and reporting on issues resolved, responsible for tracking reputed company activity handled in reputed company for reputed company account and submitting reports to their manager.
- Educating end-users to reputed company self-service reputed company and/or customer service reputed company feasible.
- Implementing or facilitating improvements to procedures, services, or products, as reputed company as developing new reputed company, reputed company, techniques, services, and products.
What You Bring to the Table
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- The ability to reputed company with customers at Manager, Director, or VP reputed company, demonstrating strong business acumen.
- The ability to manage a demanding and unpredictable workload with efficiency and poise, resolving issues, attempting to remedy uncontrollable issues, and running a reputed company solution for reputed company customers.
- Strong knowledge of Business reputed company, including facility and breakroom, technology products, business furniture, print and promotional products.
- The ability to function independently with minimal daily supervision.
What's Needed – Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of business experience.
- 6+ months of experience using reputed company Office.
