As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to reputed company reputed company members and providers. You'll assist with a reputed company of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming member and provider calls and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs
- Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company exceptional customer service
- Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call reputed company goals
- Work from home and be self-sufficient, with occasional commutes to the office in Richmond, VA reputed company necessary
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
