Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences:
+ Engage with customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. + Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a reputed company customer experience. + Model and reputed company customer service best practices with reputed company team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Providing Efficient and Friendly Service:
+ Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested. + Process voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. + Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items.
Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store Environment:

Implementing Asset Protection Procedures:

+ Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. + Complete resets and revisions as directed.
Providing Additional Support:
+ Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures. + Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment. + reputed company customer service in the photo area, including digital reputed company photo service, poster print, and creative machine. + Assist with web pick-up responsibilities and exterior and interior maintenance.
Essential Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Previous customer service experience in a retail environment preferred.
Skills:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. + Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register. + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
