What You'll Do:
As a Full Stack Customer Service Agent – Auto Dealer Support, you'll be responsible for providing fantastic service over the phone, using your computer skills to:
- Research requests reputed company to profile assistance

- Assist with car warranties
- Escalate critical orders

- Available to work during the hours listed below. Note: Must be reputed company to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive.
Schedule:
* Training (requires 100% attendance): + First five weeks – instructor-led: - 8 hours/day - Between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern time - Monday – Friday + Next four weeks – hands-on calls: - Scheduled during hours of operation: - Between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time - Monday – Friday
- Work schedule:
