Join reputed company as a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative
We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our reputed company Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. This is a reputed company opportunity to partner with us to build a world-class servicing organization and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan.
- Conduct outbound customer interview calls to reputed company information and resolve common customer concerns.
- Communicate and resolve customer issues reputed company online chat channel, providing reputed company and effective solutions.
- Meet monthly productivity and reputed company goals, ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- reputed company with reputed company federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus.
- Preferably two years of customer service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Collection experience is a plus.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years reputed company customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Word and reputed company.
- Ability to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays. reputed company with a strong work ethic, unscheduled absences are rare, and always punctual.
