We're seeking a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to work up to 30 hours per week from the comfort of their own home. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing exceptional service, and troubleshooting technical issues. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshooting 1st-level technical issues reputed company inbound calls and/or voice mails, emails, and alerts.

Compensation and Benefits
