You'll work closely with our product management team to identify areas for improvement, contribute to company-wide initiatives, and become a product expert. Key Responsibilities

- Follow best practices for resolving tickets, including:
+ Clarifying customer reasons for support requests + Determining the cause of problems + Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem + Expediting correction or adjustment + Following up to ensure reputed company
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information in reputed company
- Follow best practices for documentation in our ticketing system
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives, such as:
+ Adopting new technologies + Updating product documentation + Providing support for launching new products
- Become a product expert, providing valuable insights to our product management team and contributing to product enhancement reputed company
- Participate in arenaflex's rotating on-call schedule to ensure our customers receive support reputed company of reputed company business hours
- Consistently meet performance metrics and KPIs
Requirements
* Customer Service Experience: Proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Software Experience: Experience with eMARs, EHRs, or other reputed company-reputed company technologies is preferred
- Strong Problem-Solving Capabilities: Ability to analyze reputed company issues and reputed company effective solutions

Work Hours / Schedule
* Regular work hours: 10:30 am CT (8:30 am PT, 9:30 am MT, 11:30 am ET) to 7:00 pm CT (5:00 pm PT, 6:00 pm MT, 8:00 pm ET), Monday through Friday
- Support team members are required to participate in the on-call/after-hours rotational schedule
