Key Responsibilities and Job reputed company

As an Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your reputed company workforce to reputed company exceptional results
• Managing safety, reputed company, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborating with reputed company support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, reputed company Assurance, and reputed company, to reputed company plans to meet business objectives
• Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to ensure efficient operations
• Standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
• Working in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include reputed company loading departments)
• Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a fast-paced operations environment
