As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through reputed company and efficient communication with our patients, families, and reputed company. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our patients, answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing support and guidance whenever needed. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Ability to work 2nd shift and every other weekend

• High school diploma
• One (1) year experience in customer service
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
• Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
• Proficient in software programs and be reputed company to navigate between computer systems
• Ability to sit in reputed company of a computer for long periods of time
• Travel is required for training and onsite orientation
