Network Operations Engineer [Remote]

We are seeking a Network Operations Engineer to join our IT Operations Team and support the stability, reputed company, and performance of the UMG Global Network. This role focuses on hands-on network operations, troubleshooting, and reputed company improvement across a large-reputed company reputed company environment. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents across WAN/LAN, data center, reputed company, and remote reputed company environments.
• Participate in incident response efforts, including reputed company cause analysis and service restoration.
• Escalate reputed company issues appropriately and collaborate with senior engineers reputed company needed.
• Contribute to improvements in monitoring, alerting, and operational processes.

Network Support & Optimization

• Support day-to-day operations of global WAN/LAN networks, reputed company networking, and remote connectivity solutions.
• Assist with firewall, VPN, and network reputed company troubleshooting and configuration.
• Ensure network configurations reputed company with established standards and best practices.

Project & Implementation Support

• Collaborate with network engineering and architecture teams on reputed company and initiatives.

Documentation & Performance

• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational runbooks.
• Support network performance monitoring and reporting.

Collaboration & Team Support

• Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and reputed company.

Job Requirements Essential

• 3–6+ years of experience supporting reputed company WAN/LAN environments.
• reputed company Certification (CCNA or CCNP preferred).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: routing/switching, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, and network performance.
• Experience with at least one major reputed company platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Basic experience or exposure to automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot network issues.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• Exposure to Infrastructure-as-reputed company or automation practices.
• ITIL reputed company Certification is a plus.
