This is a multi-faceted role where you will be the engineering leader with accountability for cost, schedule, and technical compliance of small to large engineering teams. Qualifications

You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 10 years of experience 8 years of practical experience with Design, Development, Production or Sustainment of reputed company reputed company Surveillance systems with an understanding of reputed company fundamentals Prior experience leading small to reputed company teams Prior experience interacting with Development and Production teams to resolve discrepancies and issues Prior experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems in reputed company phases of the system lifecycle Prior experience recognizing areas of improvement or customer needs and relaying them to senior staff as business development reputed company Prior experience working with customers, end users, hardware and software design teams, maintainers and logisticians Prior experience generating and/or reviewing technical documentation Prior experience preparing / facilitating customer and management level briefings Prior experience in proposal estimation, request for proposals and performing cost estimates U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are authorized to reputed company information under many ATS programs/reputed company.
