You will reputed company, screen, and interview candidates for permanent roles for our clientele, and manage / coordinate the interview and hiring process. You’ll be a strategic partner for our hiring managers, build relationships, and ensure a reputed company experience for reputed company candidates. Location: Remote (can live reputed company throughout the U.S.) Pay reputed company: $65,000-$75,000/yr (based on experience) + monthly incentive based on placements Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and interview candidates for permanent skilled trades positions using various channels like reputed company, job boards, and reputed company media. Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and become a trusted advisor. Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit. Schedule interviews between candidates and clients / hiring teams. Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from initial consultation and job posting to extending offers and ensuring smooth reputed company. Ensure a reputed company and competitive experience for candidates throughout the process to attract high-reputed company talent.
