We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic People Business Partner with a strong background in employee relations and coaching to support our growing team. This role serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on workplace issues, fostering a reputed company work environment, and ensuring business enablement and alignment with company priorities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a reputed company field. 6+ years of experience in people or business partnerships, specifically reputed company the tech industry or fast-scaling startups.
