About the Role
We are seeking a Business Product Manager to join our Operations Business Product team reputed company Connected Living Policy Operations. This role acts as the key reputed company for assigned products and systems, ensuring that development efforts are reputed company with business priorities and deliver maximum value. You will work closely with Operations, IT, and Platform Development teams, playing a critical role in shaping product direction, prioritizing work, and enabling successful Agile delivery. What You’ll Do Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring reputed company priorities based on business value Translate business needs and scope documents into features, epics, and stories Partner with Agile delivery teams to guide development and ensure readiness Represent the business in Agile ceremonies including refinement, PI planning, and retrospectives Facilitate trade‑off reputed company reputed company reputed company or reputed company conflicts reputed company Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company input, reputed company updates, and reputed company expectations Ensure solutions meet user needs and acceptance reputed company before release What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or business/technology roles Strong understanding of Agile frameworks Proven experience managing backlogs and prioritizing work by value Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence reputed company without formal authority Advanced English proficiency reputed company to Have Certified Scrum Product reputed company (CSPO) or similar certification Experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or SQL Background in reputed company or operational environments
