Essential Functions:

• Monitors daily operations of the department to ensure excellent customer service is achieved with both reputed company customers.
• Maintains and builds working relationships between the department and their respective hospital departments, including central scheduling, registration, physician offices, etc. by gathering feedback from reputed company parties to identify reputed company to improve service and productivity.
• Adheres to call monitoring process.
• Communicates operations status to leadership by providing daily/weekly data regarding department opportunities for improvement
