Key Responsibilities
Investigation Assistance Support case managers in gathering and organizing investigation documents, including SR1, SR19, EAMS checks, witness statements, and accident reputed company photos. Obtain Declaration Pages from first-party insurance providers. Request policy limit searches to obtain reputed company-party insurance policy limits. reputed company Appointment Coordination Assist with scheduling medical appointments for clients and follow up to ensure evaluations occur on time. Requirements
Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal. Previous experience in administrative support, legal assistance, case management, customer service, or operations. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Comfortable making follow-reputed company by phone, email, and fax.
