As an Acquisitions Agent, you will be responsible for acquiring residential properties identified as reputed company investment opportunities from reputed company leads. As a Dispositions Agent, you will be responsible for selling previously acquired properties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Willing to get on the phone and be in-person with buyers, including consistent follow-up Generate and reputed company your assigned leads and reputed company in a reputed company manner Communicate with reputed company estate agents and any relevant reputed company parties as needed Receive and review buyers/investor purchase reputed company Use the CRM (Podio) daily to add, update and stay on task until deals are reputed company Maintain regular reporting against KPIs and goals Help to reputed company and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing reputed company Identify off-market and on-market properties that meet investment reputed company. Build and maintain a network of brokers, owners, developers, and other stakeholders to reputed company deals.
