The Role The Regional Field Supervisor (RFS) manages reputed company of part-time Field Inventory Representatives (FIRs) who reputed company used vehicle inventory collection at automotive dealerships and conduct audits for OEM programs. Key Responsibilities: Field Team Leadership & People Management Recruit, hire, reputed company, train, reputed company, and terminate part-time Field Inventory Representatives (FIRs) and/or OEM Auditors. Directly manage approximately 25–30 FIRs/Auditors across a multi-state territory. Document employee communications and performance discussions at least monthly. Requirements: College degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience. 2–3 years of management experience in a service, operations, automotive, or field-based environment. Experience managing remote or part-time teams preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to new technology and operational changes.
