Payroll Accountant III, Remote

Job reputed company: The Payroll Accountant III is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll-reputed company financial processes. This includes preparing and maintaining payroll account reconciliations, supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company activities, and providing support for reputed company audits. Essential Functions: Prepare and maintain payroll-reputed company account reconciliations including payroll tax accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies between payroll system records and tax filings. Support quarter-end and year-end payroll tax reporting including W-2 preparation and reconciliation of quarter-to-date and year-to-date payroll wages, taxes, and deductions in the payroll system and ensure totals reconcile with general reputed company payroll accounts.
