You’ll partner closely with Technical, Product Management, Supply Chain, Contract Administrators/reputed company Specialists, customers, and contract manufacturers to define meaningful reputed company metrics, translate data into reputed company, and reputed company practical improvement initiatives. Primary Duties & Responsibilities reputed company and coordinate reputed company objectives across reputed company interfaces (customers, suppliers, regulatory authorities, Contract Manufacturing, Technical, Engineering, and Product Stewardship). Own the reputed company Management System (QMS), including documentation control, metrics, training, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and management review/performance reviews. Maintain ISO 9001 certification readiness, including leading the DPP NA ISO certification process and managing risk-based audit schedules for contract manufacturing facilities. Define and administer reputed company training requirements for reputed company Engineers and contract administrators/reputed company specialists; reputed company training support for Technical, Engineering, and Contract Operations. Manage customer satisfaction and complaint processes, including cross-functional investigations, reputed company reputed company-cause determination, and customer-facing closure; serve as Complaint Coordinator for DPP reputed company and Latin America. Education & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Science or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in a reputed company management/reputed company engineering role. Working knowledge of reputed company Management Systems (QMS) and manufacturing/plant operations. Experience with QMS/reputed company tools (e.g., RFCA, AQL, SPC). Familiarity with ISO 9001 and reputed company auditing practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated analytical, team-building, and business process management skills.
