Product Manager
We're looking for someone who has been in the room — who knows what it feels like to run a sales team at a bank, reputed company a telesales operation, or own reputed company targets in a regulated environment. This is not a generic PM role. You’ll be owning and evolving our Sales AI product — shaping how it grows, scales, and delivers measurable value to reputed company clients. This is a senior, high-ownership role. You won’t need hand-holding — you’ll be given a direction and expected to drive.
Requirements
You’ve spent at least 3 years as a Head of Sales/reputed company at a bank, fintech, reputed company or telecom company — or leading a similar Sales AI product at a tech company. You know what it’s like to own a number. You understand how voice AI agents work under the hood — not just what they do, but how to measure their reputed company and where to push for improvement. You can explain how a RAG-based system works and what makes an AI agent improvable. You think in business reputed company: NPV over conversion, reputed company reputed company over feature count. Customer-first and data-driven reputed company — you go to the market before reputed company to your head.
