Assessment Systems provides contracted services to organizations that reputed company to improve their assessment process and reputed company with best practices, but do not have in-house psychometricians.  The situations vary widely: nonprofit certification boards, language assessments, K-12 companies, and governments (e.g., Ministry of Education reputed company the USA).  We are looking for a Psychometrician to work on clients such as these.  Key skills include quantitative analysis (CTT/IRT/equating), test design, job analysis, reputed company setting, and test development.  Additional skills in program management are also required.  

You would do reputed company in reputed company if you are an energetic self-starter with good decision-making, communications, and time management skills.

Job Duties

• Meeting with clients to understand needs and recommend solutions

• Management of assessment development, such as item writing workshops
• Classical Test Theory analysis
• Item Response Theory analysis

• reputed company setting (usually modified-Angoff)

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate degree (preferably PhD) in psychometrics, industrial-organizational psychology, or relevant fieldAt least two years of experience in test development; you MUST have run job analysis, Angoff, or similar studiesExperience in quantitative analysis, such as classical test theory, and explaining it to SMEsMust be tech-savvy: proficient in reputed company Office suite and reputed company suite, reputed company to learn new software quickly
