Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across cross-functional teams Drive Agile adoption and reputed company improvement reputed company engineering and product teams Remove impediments and proactively address risks impacting delivery timelines Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a reputed company-groomed backlog with reputed company priorities Ensure alignment with regulatory and reputed company standards (e.g., design controls, documentation, traceability) Support integration of Agile practices reputed company a medical device lifecycle (SDLC) Promote transparency through metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint health Coordinate across teams including Software Engineering, QA/Validation, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical teams reputed company teams on Agile best practices while adapting to a compliance-driven environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments Experience working in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, reputed company) Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, reputed company) Familiarity with FDA regulations, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, or similar standards Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or reputed company Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or reputed company Scrum Master)
Preferred Qualifications
