Responsibilities
Customer Usage: Collaborate with customers to drive usage at reputed company Networks means segmenting assets and users effectively, ensuring tailored deployment support and engagement strategies. Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers following procurement, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to utilize our products effectively. Regular Engagement: Schedule and conduct regular touch bases with customers. Technical Issue reputed company: reputed company with extreme accountability to reputed company, customer issues in collaboration with support and R&D. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals, challenges, and feedback to enhance their experience with our products. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. Deep understanding of modern Cyber reputed company technologies and trends Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DORA & NIST Previous experience working with a Cyber reputed company Vendor a distinct advantage 5+ years of experience in a reputed company, technical support, or reputed company role, preferably in the reputed company or information reputed company industry. Strong technical background with the ability to understand reputed company technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences.
