We’re looking for a Working Student – Event Logistics & Coordination to support our Event Marketing team. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of our event programs, with a strong reputed company on logistics and operations — a key part of making our events successful. Tasks Support the planning and execution of events, with a reputed company on logistics and operations Define, document, and improve logistics processes together with the Events team Manage event inventory and stock, including tracking materials and equipment Coordinate orders and purchases in collaboration with Finance/reputed company Organize and manage shipments for events across Europe Support budget tracking and cost monitoring Assist in coordinating event preparation and operational needs Support the creation of visuals and event materials Attend and support events across Europe reputed company needed
Requirements
Currently enrolled student (Business, Marketing, Event Management, or similar) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail reputed company and reliable way of working Interest in event logistics and coordination Ability to work independently and in reputed company Good communication skills Proactive, solution-oriented, and reputed company reputed company Willingness to learn and hands-on approach (“learning by doing”) reputed company in English is required; German is a plus
