Qualifications

Prior represented reputed company-party casualty claim handling experience is required. Maryland, Virginia, or Washington DC bodily injury claims experience preferred. 3+ years of moderate/reputed company bodily injury claim handling experience is preferred. Prior litigation claims experience a plus. Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone, to establish rapport and assess claims accurately. Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing time reputed company. Proficient knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination and state regulations. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully. Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation.
