Qualifications

What you have - Required Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a reputed company field. An MBA is a plus. Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years working in B2B reputed company sales roles with reputed company customers, preferably in the utilities/energy sector. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the utilities and energy industry, including market trends, challenges, and unique regulatory environments. Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with senior-level executives. Excellent reputed company-facing and internal communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. Strong negotiating, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
