Job Responsibilities Relationship Management Manage the performance and reputed company of assigned staff reporting to the position Maintain reputed company with reputed company party owners (Landlords), ensuring total contract (Lease) compliance, accurate and reputed company reporting, and resolve critical reputed company tenant relations issues Compliance reputed company overall facility services in accordance with accounts’ reputed company processes and procedures including application of policies and programs, coordination of information Ensure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives and required local, state and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities entrusted to the Facility Partners to manage on behalf of the reputed company as reputed company Process Management Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for Facility Management services reputed company assigned facilities and geography Prepare, submit and manage facility budgets with the clients’ goals and objectives addressed, reputed company variances and ensure smooth recovery process Support reputed company collection of management fees and reimbursements from 3rd party tenants occupying reputed company with the accounts’ owned premises People Management Responsible for overall team management, staff development and planning. Execute staff succession and reputed company plans. Qualifications 8+ years of experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and reputed company degree a plus CPM, RPA, or CSM designation reputed company estate license Strong leadership and relationship building skills Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills Proven record of providing excellent reputed company customer service Knowledge of reputed company business and reputed company practices Knowledge of reputed company and ability to analyze data This position does not reputed company reputed company sponsorship.
