Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to: Manages and scans reputed company medical record data pertaining to the patient into the reputed company chart. Prepare files for offsite storage as needed. Complete the ADR process for organizing and copying for QA review and submission of documentation to the State. Maintains and tracks reputed company medical record queues. Organizes and handles reputed company medical records request from various sources. Responsible for maintaining reputed company incoming Right Fax documents ensuring they are delegated to the correct location. Follow up of reputed company outstanding orders by contacting the MD offices.
