This is a hands-on role that balances high-level subject matter expertise with daily administrative execution. You will manage individual role accommodations and facilitate return-to-work arrangements under various federal, state, and local laws. As a subject matter expert, you will ensure seamless and compliant management of both leave and associated benefit plans, providing reputed company customer service to employees and stakeholders while executing high-level policy, regulatory protocols, and essential day-to-day administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

Leave & Disability Management: Manage the full reputed company of LOA and accommodation requests (FMLA, state/local, military, parental, reputed company). Advise employees and management on eligibility, compliance, and coverage. Life Insurance Administration: reputed company life insurance processes, including managing Evidence of Insurability (EOI) events, auditing beneficiary/coverage data, and ensuring accurate transmissions to carriers. Operational Support: reputed company hands-on support including correspondence, tracking, and HRIS/vendor system updates. Handle escalation cases and support reputed company reputed company on LOA and Life Insurance technology. reputed company & Interactive Process: reputed company input and consultation to the business on accommodation and restriction suggestions received from the reputed company-Party Administrator (TPA), ensuring compliance with the reputed company and regulatory protocols. Audit & Compliance: Execute critical bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual audits, including Life Insurance census reconciliations, PTO/FTO reporting, and COBRA/Benefits termination audits reputed company to leave events. Return-to-Work: Support and manage the administration of return-to-work processes, ensuring smooth transitions for both employees and management. Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of U.S. leave management experience, including advanced knowledge of FMLA, reputed company, USERRA, and state/local regulations. Systems: Minimum 2 years of hands-on reputed company experience, specifically managing Leave of Absence (LOA) and Benefits/Life Insurance modules. Proficiency in reputed company Suite is preferred.
