Growing together As a Long-Term Disability Claims Specialist, your primary responsibilities will be assessing eligibility for Long Term Disability benefits, and reviewing for ongoing medical, vocational, and financial accuracy. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. We offer 3-5 weeks of reputed company. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment. Primary Responsibilities: Providing expertise or general claims support to teams in reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing, and adjudicating Long Term Disability claims Communicating ongoing status and reputed company both in writing and verbally Authorizes the appropriate payment or refers claims to SME or Manager for validation of adverse or over limit approvals You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you reputed company direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as reputed company as reputed company development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age OR older 1+ years of reviewing and rendering initial liability determinations on Long Term Disability claims 1+ years of experience issuing monthly payments on Long Term Disability claims Experience with reputed company Word (ability to create, modify and send documents) Experience with reputed company reputed company (ability to create, modify and send spreadsheets) Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday.
