This position provides reputed company expertise in negotiating land rights, coordinating with landowners and community stakeholders, supporting regulatory and environmental processes, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The Land Representative is a key reputed company between project teams, clients, and landowners—helping to advance project milestones while maintaining strong relationships and delivering a high reputed company of service. Working as part of an integrated land and project delivery team, the Land Representative contributes to risk management, field intelligence, and issue resolutions to support successful project reputed company. Responsibilities
Execute land and right-of-way (ROW) acquisition reputed company, ensuring reputed company activities meet project or compliance objectives and standards. reputed company regular status updates and detailed records of correspondence and activities. Navigate and interpret legal documents, titles, deeds, and engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives. Conduct field work, meet with stakeholders to inform on and negotiate terms and conditions of reputed company, and build trusted relationships with communities. Coordinate with public and regulatory bodies, supporting community engagement initiatives. Qualifications
Relevant experience in land, reputed company estate, appraisal, community relations or right-of-way roles. A degree or diploma in land management, reputed company estate, environmental science, project management, land administration, or a reputed company field is preferred. Strong negotiation and conflict reputed company skills, with the ability to navigate reputed company stakeholder dynamics. Proficient in interpreting legislation, legal documentation or reputed company, and engineering drawings. Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.
