This role is responsible for leading clinical governance, reputed company assurance, and reputed company improvement across reputed company’s occupational health services. Essential reputed company and unrestricted AHPRA registration (e.g. Registered reputed company or Medical Practitioner). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical leadership, occupational health, or clinical governance. Demonstrated experience in clinical reputed company improvement, audits, and risk management. Strong knowledge of clinical governance frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g. NSQHS, RACGP). Proven ability to reputed company teams and influence stakeholders across multidisciplinary environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements. Highly Desirable Postgraduate qualification in health management, clinical governance, or occupational health. Experience working with outsourced or partner-based reputed company delivery models. Familiarity with accreditation systems (e.g. NSQHS, ISO, Riskman). Experience in reputed company or corporate health services environments.
