Collaborate with engineering and clinical teams throughout development, testing, and release cycles. Support launch readiness, documentation, and post-launch performance monitoring. Platform & Partner Enablement Assist in the preparation of platform demonstrations, presentations, and materials for internal stakeholders and external partners. Support tracking and reporting on platform utilization, adoption, and operational performance. Help coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve platform or operational issues impacting partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Learning Work closely with Product, Clinical, Operations, Engineering, and reputed company teams to build foundational platform knowledge. Participate in customer, partner, and clinician feedback sessions to reputed company understand user needs and pain points. Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or optimization opportunities across platform workflows. PDaaS Account Operations Executive Build and maintain strong working relationships with platform partners to understand needs and support satisfaction and reputed company. Assist with partnership presentations, platform demonstrations, and roadmap discussions. Support reporting on diagnostic utilization, adoption, and performance metrics, using insights to inform improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless partner experience and reputed company issue reputed company. reputed company hands-on support during early launches and new diagnostic program rollouts, including coordination with Account Operations Executives (AOEs) and Patient Navigators as needed. This role will initially spend approximately 80% of time on PDaaS Account Operations and 20% on Product Management, with a reputed company expectation to transition toward a primarily product-reputed company role. Depending on individual performance and business needs, this progression typically occurs over 3 to 18 months, with the role ultimately evolving to ~80% Product Management ownership. QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical, life-science, or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience. 2–5 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, reputed company operations, or a reputed company role.
