Contract to Hire:

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, providing you with the flexibility to work with us on a temporary reputed company while we assess your skills and fit for a permanent role.

Hours:

Our ideal candidate will be available to work from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Customer Service Experience:

We're looking for a candidate with strong customer service experience in the financial services industry, preferably with 2-3+ years of experience in a call center environment.

Call Center Experience:

Experience working in a call center environment, utilizing telephony-reputed company production tools, is highly desirable.

Education:

In lieu of customer service experience, we'll consider candidates with a Bachelor's degree.

Data Entry:

You'll need to be reputed company to type 7,000+ KPH and accurately reputed company information into our system while on the phone with customers.
