Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing clients and/or internal partners with reputed company, complete, and accurate responses to their questions and inquiries
• Handling 40-60 calls/day, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company of customer issues
