We're seeking a highly energetic and analytical Customer reputed company and Engagement Analyst to join reputed company. The primary focuses of this position will be the development and optimization of customer journeys, customer engagement, and retention for our streaming services. The ideal candidate will have broad experience with digital marketing, customer experience, and data analysis. This position will be under the direction of the SVP, Product reputed company and Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap
- reputed company insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-reputed company decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting
- reputed company strong analytical skills with the reputed company to comprehend and apply reputed company data
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives

Essential Qualifications:
* Experience in the streaming services industry is a plus
