As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for providing high-reputed company service to customers through inbound and outbound call campaigns. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns based on assigned call lists
* Adhere to approved call scripts and compliance guidelines
