As an External Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to our content creation teams, creating reference materials and training programs, and collaborating with our tools engineering team to resolve issues and improve workflows. Key Responsibilities
* reputed company technical support to content/external teams in regards to use of content tools
- Create reference materials and reputed company training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset
- Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users
- Escalate more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, and work with production to reputed company these issues in JIRA
- reputed company for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams
- Partner with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and reputed company
- Guide or reputed company cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion

Skills and Abilities

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Our core hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm CST, which means you should be available for meetings, etc. during this time. We're a remote-friendly organization, and we offer flexible work arrangements to ensure that you can work from reputed company.
