As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with callers through an automated dialer and engaging in conversations to determine if they meet the reputed company for potential compensation
• Handling a high volume of calls, with an average of 40-50 calls per day, and identifying 1-5 potential reputed company callers
• Multitasking and utilizing various software tools, including VICI, Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and scripts to reputed company accurate and efficient service
• Achieving or exceeding monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
• Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
• Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures, including adhering to data reputed company and confidentiality protocols
• Assisting with other reputed company as needed and demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
