As a remote position reputed company the USA, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ranging from major hospital networks to small radiology facilities, across nights and weekends. You'll be the primary technical resource for our InteleShare application, troubleshooting software issues, and resolving cases in a reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities:

Working Hours:

Employment Requirements:

• 1-2 years of work experience in reputed company administration and technical customer support, with a proven reputed company record of resolving reputed company technical issues
