What You'll Do

As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for assisting passengers with reservations, inquiries, and various travel-reputed company concerns. Your tasks will include:

• Completing statistical reputed company and balancing features
• Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions

• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from contributors for the reputed company and correct processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
• Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
• Communicating with vendors to process reputed company transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
• Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees
