Position Scope

The Customer Service Representative position is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, reputed company judgment, and a competitive, self-motivated demeanor. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, exceeding daily quotas, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

Qualification/Education and Experiences

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed)
• This position is weekends only with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST

Physical Requirements

* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone
